Our most authentic signature is our airy designs and the way in which gemstones are placed and seem to float on the skin through asymmetrical settings. Instead of classic jewels with stones, Nayestones uses unusual placements to create lightness and movement. We play with asymmetry, transparency, and light to step away from traditional luxury jewelry. 

All of our pieces are locally created and handmade in Antwerp, the city of diamonds, where goldsmiths and stone setters conceive each piece. We position ourselves as artisanal jewelry, avoiding mass production and prioritizing sustainability.

At Nayestones, each piece of jewelry is locally made in Antwerp, Belgium, in a process that involves creativity, inspiration and traditional craftsmanship.

First, the design is a concept, drawn as a sketch on paper to explore proportions and shapes. Once it has been validated, the sketch is transformed into a 3D model and printed in order to visualize it and correct every detail. Then, it is casted in the metal and color of your choice. Finally, each piece is handmade in Antwerp, a city known for fine jewelry and diamonds. Our artisans combine traditional techniques with technology, each element is cut, assembled and polished and gemstones are set with precision.

Our jewels are stamped with a maker’s mark, which certifies that Nayestones has manufactured your jewelry. They also have a hallmark, which certifies the authenticity and metal purity, for example 750 for 18k gold. These stamps can be placed inside the piece of jewelry.

The final piece of jewelry is ready to be handed over and worn.

At Nayestones we don’t have a traditional boutique or retail shop. We have a showroom located in Overijse, near Brussels in Belgium.

The space, nestled inside a 1900 mansion, is home of two creative words: Natalie, the artistic director of Nayestones, and her husband, an interior designer. This duo has created a bright, contemporary interior with a clean and sophisticated atmosphere. In the comfort of our salon, you will immerse
yourself in our creative world, where refinement becomes an art of living. This space was conceived as a private lounge where you can sit down and try out all our pieces and collections.

We craft all of our pieces to be long-lasting. Gold remains our most used material, available in yellow, white or pink and in 9K, 14K or 18K depending on the design. Our silver and gold-plated pieces are also designed for durability and daily wear. All of our metals offer a great quality, the choice depends on personal preference and budget.

Choosing between yellow, white and pink gold jewelry is not always easy, but we have some advice to help. For warm skin undertones, yellow gold highlights your natural color, while for cold skin undertones, white gold looks fresh and flattering. Your choice also depends on your personality and style. Yellow gold is classic and timeless, white gold feels modern and elegant and pink gold is more romantic.

To choose between 9K, 14K or 18K, you have to know that it refers to the Karat (the purity of gold). 24K is pure gold but it is rarely used in jewelry. 9K, 14K and 18K are gold alloys, meaning they are mixed with other metals to make it stronger. 18K contains 75% of pure gold, making it the highest in terms of quality. 14K contains 58% and 9K contains 38%. Our gold-plated jewelry is made from a base metal that is silver, and coated with a layer of 3 or 5 micron gold.

Natural diamonds are rare and take millions of years to be formed. They are created around 140 to 200 kilometers beneath the Earth’s surface, where carbon is exposed to extreme heat and pressure. Then, they arrive at the surface due to volcanic eruptions and they are found by humans.

Lab-grown diamonds are identical to natural diamonds in terms of physical, chemical and optical properties and quality. They are man made in a laboratory and a more eco friendly alternative. As they are not as rare and limited as natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds are less expensive. 

The decision depends on what feels right for you, your personal preferences and budget.

There are many other gemstones that you can choose instead of diamonds. In our designs we include different precious and semi precious stones to offer a variety of colors, styles and personal meanings.

Jewelry prices vary because there are changes in the gold and silver prices on the market, and the value of the precious stones. We are dependent on the purchase prices of the raw materials, which change due to global economic and political crises.

For example, the cost of gold is influenced by global supply and demand and by sociopolitical factors. When its price rises, jewelry becomes more expensive too. It is the same for diamonds and other materials whose prices depend on market demand. Manufacturing costs can also change due to labor, wages and production costs. 

Some of our prices can evolve over time, but we always maintain transparency to help you understand why. Be assured, once your order is confirmed, its price will no longer change. 

All of our products such as rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and earcuffs are customizable. You can choose your favorite gold color or metal, the gemstone, and its place on the jewel. We can make personalized versions of our current designs to adapt them to your preference and budget. In many cases you also have the possibility to add an engraving on the metal. It is up to you to adapt our designs until you find the creation that pleases you the most. Taking part in the design process, you create a piece that feels truly your own. Yes, of course. We can work together to create the piece of jewelry you have in mind, whether it is for yourself or as a gift. You can take inspiration from our existing designs, choose your own stones, or come up with something totally new. It 's up to you!

Yes, it is possible to engrave some of our jewelry, depending on the design and if it’s a necklace, a ring or an earring. For example, our engagement rings can be engraved. You just need to contact us and ask if the piece you like can be engraved. Then, you simply have to choose the text and the lettering

If you don’t know your finger size or if you want to surprise someone with a ring but don’t know what size to get, don't worry, we have options for you. 

You can either go to a jeweler, take a measurement of a ring you already own, or you can write to us and we will send you a free plastic ring sizer. Please have a look at our ring size guide and follow each step. 

If you want to offer a ring but you don’t have a clue of the person’s size, you can purchase a ring for the surprise and then come back to our showroom with the person. We will take the finger measurements and produce a new ring for her.

Yes, we offer resizing for all our rings. 

If the ring you purchased doesn't fit well, we will resize it to the correct size, you don’t have to worry. Your first resize is free of charge and offered as part of our service. However, if you are based abroad we kindly ask you to cover the shipping costs to and from our showroom. 

Once you are sure of your ring size, make sure to remember it so you can order all the rings you want!

We offer free shipping on all orders. Duties and import taxes are paid by Nayestones via de DHL courier. The terms of trade of the shipment will be marked as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We invite you to also read our shipping policy.

The delivery time can vary depending on the piece of jewelry you choose and where you want it delivered. If we have the piece in stock it will only take 1 or 2 days to leave the studio. If the piece has to be created, we need 2 to 3 weeks of production. Once the order has been packed and shipped, it will take around 3 to 5 days to arrive. We invite you to also read our shipping policy.

For made-to-order or customized pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, you can return them for store credit or exchange.

For pieces that are in stock, that have already been handcrafted and don't require additional custom production, we offer a full refund for any return that meets our policy.

If your piece is incorrect or unsatisfactory, you may request an exchange or refund. Your returned piece has to arrive at Nayestones no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend you to contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Returns are accepted only after our specialists confirm that the product matches the original, undamaged and unaltered. Items must be returned in original packaging, complete (box, documentation, etc.), and in resalable condition. Returns that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted or refunded. 

Shipping costs and duties for returns are the responsibility of the sender. Customs, duties, and sales tax are non-refundable for orders returned from outside the EU.

Products are returned at the buyer's risk and must not have been used. If the Buyer uses his cancellation right and all return conditions are met, we will refund the product price (excluding delivery) within 30 days. Natural diamonds come with a GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certification for diamonds over 0.3 carats. GIA is a known organization considered the global standard in gemstone grading, it provides globally recognized certificates for diamonds and colored gemstones. It evaluates the diamond quality based on the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat weight).

Lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification for diamonds over 0.3 carats. IGI is an organization that also provides globally recognized certificates for diamonds and colored gemstones. It evaluates the stone’s quality based on the 4Cs.

Any damage due to improper use, accident or normal wear and tear of the jewel can be repaired in our workshop but is excluded from this warranty.

If you want a custom engagement ring, it can take around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the materials and the complexity of the design. We recommend you to start the process in advance to ensure that the ring will be ready for your proposal or wedding date. We ship worldwide with secure and insured delivery. Yes, of course you can. Many of our clients buy first an engagement ring that we have in stock for the proposal. Then, they return together to choose the perfect ring and make the necessary changes.
