SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping is for all order worldwide unless the order has a value of less than 100 euros. All Belgian orders are shipped via tracking and Postpack with the Belgian post and will require a signature upon delivery. Expected Delivery 1-2 days.  All International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide. Expected Delivery 2-5 business days. 

IMPORT CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Duties and import taxes, determined by the customs agency within the destination country, are paid by Nayestones via the DHL courier. The terms of trade of the shipment will be marked as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times depends on the items ordered and on the country in which the order is placed. Nayestones cannot be responsible for unforeseable delays in delivery.

If the jewellery is in stock and not made to order please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If it is made to order please refer to the email communication you have with us concerning the production.

If the jewellery is not in stock and is made especially for you please allow 2-3 weeks of production then 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped depending of which part of the world you are.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be processed the following week.

Nayestones declines any liability in case of an excessive delivery term by the postal services or any other shipping method as well as a strike.

Shipping risks: in case of loss of the ordered Products by the shipping company, Nayestones will inquiry with the carrier and also deal with the insurance.
