How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders aboce 100€.
How long will it take my order to arrive ?
Delivery times varies depending on the piece you choose and where you want it delivered. If the piece is in stock it only takes 1-2 days before it will leave the studio.
If not, we need 2-3 weeks of production time. After that it will take between 3-5 days for your order to arrive after it has been packed and shipped.
Nayestones declines any liability in case of an excessive delivery term by the postal services or any other shipping method as well as a strike.
Shipping risks: in case of loss of the ordered Products by the shipping company, Nayestones will inquiry with the carrier and also deal with the insurance.
Do I have to pay custom duties ?
Duties and import taxes, determined by the customs agency within the destination country, are paid by Nayestones via the DHL courier. The terms of trade of the shipment will be marked as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
Can I return a piece ?
Your returned piece must arrive at Nayestones no later than 14 days after your delivery date.
For pieces which are in stock and ready to ship, we are happy to offer a full refund for any returns which meet our returns policy (see below). These pieces have already been handcrafted by our goldsmiths, and therefore do not require additional custom production.
Due to the nature of our made-to-order and customised pieces, we will not be able to offer a refund. However, for made-to-order items that meet our returns policy (see below), you are welcome to return for either store credit or exchange the piece for another item.
What is your return policy?
If the article does not comply with your order or if they are not to your satisfaction, you may return them and ask for an exchange or for a refund within the conditions.
Your returned piece must arrive at Nayestones no later than 14 days after your delivery date. If you wish to return a piece, we recommend that you contact us within 7 days of your delivery. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion.
Returned products shall only be accepted and reimbursed or exchanged once our specialists have confirmed that the Product is identical to the one that was sent, without damage, modifications or interventions.
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, complete (packaging, box, notice, ...), properly protected and in a perfect state allowing their resale (not damaged nor dirty) to the below mentioned address, accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice and return form with authorization code written on it. Products that are returned in incomplete, damaged or soiled conditions shall never be accepted and therefore not be reimbursed.
The shipping costs and eventual duties for transportation to the sender are for his account. Please also note that custom charges, duties and sales tax are non-refundable for shipments outside the European community.

Products are returned upon the risks and perils of the Buyer. The Product may not have been used by the Buyer.
If the Buyer uses his Cancellation right, respecting all modalities provided, the Website shall reimburse within 30 days the price of the Product less the delivery costs once the goods are returned.
The international shipping cost incurred to send an order back are for the recipient. If you not have a courier account, please email email@example.com and we will assist you with sending the goods back.
Warranty & Aftercare
Do I have a warranty after buying a piece of jewellery?
Jewellery should last a lifetime, and we'll assist you in ensuring that it does. A five-year guarantee is included with all Nayestones orders.
What is your warranty policy ?
We are committed to offering you the highest quality of service for your jewellery. Nayestones jewellery is manufactured with the greatest care in our workshop in Antwerp to meet the highest standards.
We guarantee* Nayestones jewellery against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. We also provide after-care services like resizing, cleaning and polishing or repair on your purchased jewellery.
*Any damage due to improper use, accident or normal wear and tear of the jewel can be repaired in our workshop but is excluded from this warranty.
How should I take care for my jewellery?
Caring for your Nayestones jewellery pieces can be simple and easy when remembering a few simple things.
- Remove your jewellery during certain activities such as cleaning, swimming and exercising.
- Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with chemicals like hairspray, chlorine and perfume, and make sure to store your jewelry in a safe dry place.
- Storing your pieces individually in soft pouches or a jewellery box can help to avoid scuffs and scratches as well.
If your jewellery needs to be cleaned, you can use a mild soap and warm water with a soft toothbrush. Please note that certain stones are more delicate than others. Pearls need some extra attention to keep them in their best condition and should be stored flat and separate from other objects that may scratch their surface.
It is also possible to use a jewellery cloth to clean your jewellery and polish the again.
