At the heart of NAYESTONES is the personalization process, born from the conviction that jewelry should tell your story (not someone else's). Our customization service gives you the opportunity to transform a jewel you love into a personal and timeless creation. Once you have selected your favorite design, we carefully seek out the gemstone that speaks to you (whether it is for its color, symbolism, or emotional meaning).
From there, together, we craft a piece that feels like you: unique, thoughtful, and made to empower.
01. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
The first step is to schedule a meeting with our designer, Natalie Schayes. Whether in our showroom in Overijse, south of Brussels, or via a virtual consultation, this personalized appointment will enable us to understand your desires, explore your inspirations and discuss creative possibilities. 02. EXPLORING POSSIBILITIES & SELECTING MATERIALS
When we meet, we'll look at the various options for your custom jewellery. If you have old gold jewellery or gemstones you would like to reuse, we'll assess their quality and potential for incorporation into a new creation. This upcycling approach gives a second life to your family treasures, while creating a contemporary piece that reflects you, past and present.
03. PRESENTATION OF SKETCHES
After defining your preferences and materials, our designer will create several sketches of your future piece of jewelry. These proposals, inspired by your wishes and our expertise, will be presented to you so that you can choose the one that appeals most to you. This step ensures that the final design perfectly matches your expectations.
04. DESIGN VALIDATION & QUOTATION
Once you've selected the sketch, we'll proceed with the 3D modeling of your jewel, giving you a realistic visualization of the final piece. At the same time, we'll draw up a detailed estimate including the cost of materials, labor and the creative process. After your approval, we'll start production of your unique piece of jewellery.
05. MANUFACTURING
Your jewel will be meticulously crafted by our team of goldsmiths and artisans with whom we work closely in Antwerp, using high-quality materials and respecting traditional jewellery-making techniques. This artisanal process ensures meticulous attention to detail and an impeccable finish, reflecting the excellence of NAYESTONES.
06. DISCOVER YOU PERSONALIZED JEWEL
Once the manufacturing process is complete, we'll invite you to come and see your creation in our showroom, or we'll arrange secure shipment to your address. Your bespoke jewel, imprinted with your story and our expertise, is now ready to be worn and cherished for years to come.
