Wij bieden gratis verzending aan voor alle bestellingen boven de 100€.

Levertijden variëren afhankelijk van het stuk dat u kiest en waar u het wilt laten bezorgen. Als het stuk op voorraad is, duurt het slechts 1-2 dagen voordat het de studio verlaat.

Zo niet, dan hebben we 2-3 weken productietijd nodig. Daarna duurt het 3-5 dagen voordat uw bestelling aankomt nadat deze is verpakt en verzonden.

Nayestones wijst elke aansprakelijkheid af in geval van overschrijding van de leveringstermijn door de post of een andere verzendmethode, evenals staking.

Verzendrisico's: in geval van verlies van de bestelde Producten door de rederij, zal Nayestones navraag doen bij de vervoerder en ook de verzekering afhandelen.

Als het artikel niet aan je bestelling voldoet of niet naar tevredenheid is, kun je het retourneren en binnen de voorwaarden om ruiling of terugbetaling vragen.

Je geretourneerde stuk moet uiterlijk op Nayestones aankomen 14 dagen na uw leverdatum. Als je een artikel wilt retourneren, raden we je aan om binnen 24 uur contact met ons op te nemen 7 dagen van uw levering. Retourzendingen buiten dit venster kunnen naar eigen goeddunken worden geaccepteerd.

Geretourneerde producten worden pas aanvaard en terugbetaald of geruild nadat onze specialisten hebben bevestigd dat het product identiek is aan het verzonden product, zonder schade, wijzigingen of tussenkomsten.

Het Product moet worden teruggestuurd in de originele verpakking, compleet (verpakking, doos, kennisgeving, ...), goed beschermd en in perfecte staat, zodat ze doorverkocht kunnen worden (niet beschadigd of vuil) naar het hieronder vermelde adres, vergezeld van een kopie van de originele aankoopfactuur en het retourformulier met de autorisatiecode erop geschreven. Producten die in onvolledige, beschadigde of bevuilde staat worden teruggestuurd, worden nimmer geaccepteerd en dus ook niet terugbetaald.

De verzendkosten en eventuele transportkosten naar de afzender zijn voor diens rekening. Houd er ook rekening mee dat douanekosten, invoerrechten en omzetbelasting niet worden gerestitueerd voor zendingen buiten de Europese gemeenschap.

Indien de Koper gebruik maakt van zijn herroepingsrecht, met inachtneming van alle voorziene modaliteiten, zal de Website binnen 30 dagen de prijs van het Product minus de leveringskosten terugbetalen zodra de goederen zijn teruggestuurd.  

De internationale verzendkosten die gemaakt worden om een bestelling terug te sturen zijn voor de ontvanger. Als u geen koeriersaccount heeft, stuur dan een e-mail naar info@nayestones.com en wij zullen u helpen met het terugsturen van de goederen.

Wij garanderen* de sieraden van Nayestones tegen fabricagefouten gedurende 5 jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum. We bieden ook nazorgdiensten zoals het op maat maken, schoonmaken en polijsten of repareren van uw gekochte sieraden.

*Elke schade als gevolg van oneigenlijk gebruik, ongeval of normale slijtage van het juweel kan in ons atelier worden hersteld, maar is uitgesloten van deze garantie.

Caring for your NAYESTONES jewellery pieces is easy : 

- Remove your jewellery during activities such as cleaning, swimming and exercising. 
- Avoid letting your jewelry come into contact with chemicals like hairspray, chlorine and perfume, make sure to store it in a safe dry place. 
- Store your pieces individually in soft pouches or a jewellery box can help to avoid scuffs and scratches as well.  

If your jewellery needs to be cleaned, soak in mild soap and warm water for 20-30 minutes. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse under warm water, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Please note that certain stones are more delicate than others. Pearls need some extra attention to keep them in their best condition and should be stored flat and separate from other objects that may scratch their surface. It is also possible to use a jewellery cloth to clean and polish your jewellery. 

We provide complimentary after-care services, including one free resizing, as well as cleaning and polishing of your purchased jewelry. Repairs are also available, with costs depending on the specific issue and the piece in question.
